28th August 2008

Spent a lot of the day drilling holes in the bulkheads, its a lot more difficult than one might think and is a very time consuming task. One set of holes is for the hydraulic pipes that will power both the windlass which is the anchor raising system and the bow thruster. The other holes are for the central heating pipes and the electrical lines that will run right around the entire boat.

Drilling holes in a boat seems a bit worrisome. Make sure you don’t leave any behind.
